Requirements Through Delivery

Our scope spans the program lifecycle. Requirements, proposals, execution and delivery connect through the same EOS team.

  1. //01

    Requirements Development

We read the requirement and turn it into a sourcing plan. A single kit, for example, can call for about 500 parts across roughly 300 suppliers, the kind of spread that shows where the supply base is thin and a second source is needed.

  2. //02

    Bid & Proposal

Supplier development supports our bid and proposal work. We contact and vet sources before quoting to establish whether they can quote and deliver on their commitments.

  3. //03

    Contract Execution

EOS connects contract management with procurement, supplier coordination and the support services required for execution.

  4. //04

    Delivery

Packaging, logistics coordination and delivery form part of our program support. International requirements connect with our export and door-to-door logistics services.

Teaming

Teaming & Subcontracting

EOS, Inc. is a Veteran-Owned Small Business. Our capabilities give primes a defined scope for a potential subcontracting relationship, including sourcing, packaging, kitting, logistics and program support.

Capacity extends through contract manufacturing, contract support and an engineering network developed over years of sustainment work. EOS coordinates that network around the requirement.

Teaming discussions can draw on OEM distribution, sustainment and global delivery capabilities within one organization.

Who We Serve

Who We Serve

Program and contract management at EOS serves three kinds of buyer, each with a different reason to need the program work behind the parts.

Program Offices & Contracting Officers

EOS supports government program offices from requirements development through delivery. A contracting officer gets a defined scope, a quote built on vetted suppliers, and delivery that includes packaging, documentation and logistics coordination.

Prime Contractors

As a Veteran-Owned Small Business, EOS gives primes a defined subcontracting scope: sourcing and supplier vetting, bid and proposal support, contract execution, packaging, kitting and delivery. Teaming can draw on OEM distribution, sustainment and global logistics within one organization.

OEMs

EOS provides the program execution behind an OEM's product line. Requirements development, bid and proposal work, contract execution and delivery connect the manufacturer's products with U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales requirements.

Related Capabilities

Programs come to us after a supplier becomes difficult to work with, lead times stretch far beyond plan, or a price moves out of reach. The next question is usually whether a second source can be added before the schedule absorbs the damage.

Second-source development gives a program another supply option to evaluate. EOS connects this work with procurement, sustainment and logistics support, helping the program compare sourcing options against its schedule and budget.
