The Meaning Behind Our Name

Named for the goddess of the dawn, EOS brings light to complexity, renews critical capability and creates a path toward what comes next.
EOS takes its name from the Greek goddess and personification of the dawn. Each morning, she opened the gates of heaven and brought light to the world. Her story represents renewal, persistence and hope.
EOS is a name, not an acronym. It gives our work a clear purpose: to find a way forward for the equipment, systems and people that a mission depends on.
We restore capability, strengthen readiness and extend the useful life of mission critical systems.
EOS by the Numbers
Across their aerospace and defense careers, our team has developed, captured, executed and supported contracted goods and services through U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales channels. The experience and contract figures below describe that combined team record.

How We Work
EOS was founded from years of experience in defense aftermarket sustainment. Today, our core team works with a wide network of contract manufacturing, contract support and engineering specialists developed over years.
That network starts with relationships. Before we quote, we contact and vet suppliers, establish the working relationship and confirm their ability to deliver on their commitments.
Our Guiding Principles
Six principles guide our engineering, technology, supply chain and program work. They define what our customers should experience when they work with EOS.
We clarify difficult problems and create a practical path forward.

We see opportunity where others may see aging systems, constrained suppliers or diminishing options.
We return to the mission every day; dependable, disciplined and determined.
We focus on capabilities that directly affect readiness. We strengthen readiness and extend the useful life of critical systems.
Optimism matters, but it must be supported by engineering, execution and measurable results.
Our customers depend on us, so integrity, accountability and trust guide every decision. We do what we say, disclose risks early and accept accountability.
