OEM Aftermarket Support

A manufacturer's production priorities and a fielded platform's support needs run on different schedules. EOS works on the sustainment side, supporting the parts and equipment already in service while the OEM focuses on its production programs.

Our procurement work begins with the supply base. We contact and vet suppliers before quoting, confirming that each source will quote and can deliver on its commitments. That gives an OEM partner a practical route from an aftermarket requirement to a supply response across U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales channels.

Capabilities

Procurement & Warranty Support

Distribution support for a defense product line covers the supply work before an order and the product-support work after it.

Procurement

EOS develops the supplier relationships needed to source equipment and parts. We work with OEMs, government end-users and contract logistics support providers, connecting supply activity with the requirement it serves.

Warranty Support

Warranty support is part of the OEM distribution relationship. It keeps the product-support conversation connected to the manufacturer after delivery, alongside the procurement and sustainment work EOS provides.

Packaging & kitting

Mil-Spec Packaging & Kitting

EOS provides mil-spec and commercial packaging and kitting services. Packaging addresses how equipment and parts are prepared for shipment; kitting brings the required items together as a coordinated deliverable.

A kit can draw on several suppliers, with each part arriving on its own schedule. Connecting procurement with packaging and kitting brings those separate supply activities into the same support effort. International shipments continue through EOS's global logistics service.

Process

How We Work

Each OEM distribution requirement follows the same sequence, from supplier vetting through delivery and the support that follows it.

  1. //01

    Supplier Contact & Vetting

EOS contacts and vets suppliers before quoting. We confirm that each source will provide a quote and can deliver on its commitments, so the supply behind the response is established before the price is.

  2. //02

Quote With Availability & Lead Time

The quote confirms availability, price and lead time for the requirement. Packaging and delivery requirements are addressed alongside the parts requirement rather than after it.

  3. //03

    Packaging, Kitting & Documentation

Mil-spec or commercial packaging prepares equipment and parts for shipment. Kitting brings items from several suppliers together as one deliverable, with the documentation the destination requires.

  4. //04

    Delivery & Post-Delivery Support

Domestic requirements ship direct. International requirements continue through export compliance, customs clearance and final-mile delivery. Warranty support and sustainment services carry the relationship past delivery.

EOS Engineered Products

Engineered Products & Alternate Sources

EOS Engineered Products brings product development, qualification and testing, and alternate-source development to a program's technical requirements. This capability connects engineering and manufacturing support with the work of evaluating another source.

For an OEM or program office, engineering and product support connect with procurement, program execution and delivery. Explore that capability or discuss the component requirement with our team.

Why EOS

Why Partner With EOS

EOS treats its representation of an OEM as a reflection of that manufacturer's business. Three things stand behind that commitment.

Veteran-Owned Small Business

EOS, Inc. is a Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 2018 and based in North Charleston, SC. We work across U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales channels, giving an OEM one point of contact for domestic and international aftermarket requirements.

Vetted Supplier Network

Suppliers are contacted and vetted before EOS quotes. Capacity extends through a network of contract manufacturing, contract support and engineering specialists that EOS coordinates around the requirement.

Engineering & Technology Behind the Supply

EOS Engineered Products covers product development, qualification and testing, and alternate-source development. Internal technology, including our ERP, NSN demand forecasting and engine reliability and lifecycle-cost analysis, informs the sourcing decisions behind each quote.
